of All Armenians Garegin II led by His Beatitude Archbishiop Sahak II Mashalian, Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople attended the Supreme Spiritual Council meeting at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. After the holy communion, the Commissioner welcomed Archbishop Sahak Mashalyan for the first time since the election, who he addressed his wishes and wished peace and revival to the spiritual life of Armenians in Istanbul.
