On May 3, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan received President of the Union of Armenian Evangelical Churches of Eurasia, Head of the Chair of Armenology at the Catholic University of Lyon, Reverend Dr. René Léonian.

The High Commissioner thanked the guest for his patriotic activities and presented the work and programs of the office. Zareh Sinanyan noted the importance of the upcoming Pan-Armenian Forum taking place this year and expressed confidence that the Reverend will take an active part in the activities of the Forum. "The healthy and effective cooperation between our institutions is exemplary and I am glad that it is expanding more and more," noted the High Commissioner.

During the meeting, René Léonian touched upon the programs implemented by the Union in Armenia and Artsakh.

At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue the partnerships in the new programs.
