Closing Ceremony of the Armenian phase of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador Program

The Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia has concluded the two-week training phase in Armenia of the 2025–2026 Diaspora Youth Ambassador program.
This year, the program brought together 27 young participants from 14 countries — France, Germany, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Romania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Iran, China, Estonia, and Canada.
Over the course of 13 intensive days in Armenia, the ambassadors took part in a specially designed educational program that combined both theoretical and practical components, including lectures, workshops, experience-sharing sessions, and meetings with professionals from various fields.

Last days of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador program in Armenia

As part of the final days of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador program in Armenia, participants met with Nina Ohanyan, Acting Head of the Department for Coordination of Diplomatic Operations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
The participants also visited the Engineering City, toured the site, and met with the founders of Engineering City, National Instruments, Cifora, UATE, Eqwefy, AICA, and Armath startup programs.

Zareh Sinanyan attended the official opening ceremony of the "Saryan Steps" project

High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, attended the official opening ceremony of AMAA Armenia’s multifunctional complex in Hankavan and delivered welcoming remarks.
The event was also attended by the RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan, and Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister of Armenia Lilit Makunts.
In his address, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan emphasized AMAA’s decades-long work and its consistent support for Armenia, highlighting its significant role in strengthening the ties between Armenia and the Diaspora.
