The RA Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs and the Keron Development Foundation have formalized their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation. The Memorandum, signed by Zareh Sinanyan, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, and Vanane Ararktsyan, Keron Development Foundation Executive Director, sets the stage for a collaborative effort to integrate Diaspora Armenian specialists into Armenia’s state administration system through the iGorts program.
