As part of the visit, Zareh Sinanyan visited the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Ethiopia, where he held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Sahak Sargsyan.

During the meeting, Ambassador Sahak Sargsyan presented the Embassy’s ongoing activities, programs, and priorities. The parties discussed issues related to the development of bilateral relations between Armenia and Ethiopia, as well as opportunities for the effective engagement of diaspora potential.

The interlocutors placed particular emphasis on the historical presence and continued role of the Armenian community in Ethiopia as an important bridge for strengthening Armenian-Ethiopian friendship and deepening ties between the two peoples.

High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan expressed his appreciation to Ambassador Sahak Sargsyan for the high-level organization of the working visit, as well as for his active support in establishing effective cooperation with partner institutions in Ethiopia and Kenya and facilitating the process of concluding memoranda of understanding.
