Zareh Sinanyan, met with the representatives of the Armenian Assembly of America

On June 15, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, met with President Emerita of the Armenian Assembly of America, Carolyn Mugar, Immediate Past Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees, Anthony Barsamian, and Armenia Country Director, Armen Sahakyan.
The representatives of the Armenian Assembly of America congratulated the ruling party on its victory in Armenia’s recent parliamentary elections and conveyed their best wishes for productive and effective work in advancing the prosperity of the Republic of Armenia and promoting lasting peace in the region.
During the meeting, the parties discussed Armenia–U.S. relations and explored opportunities to further strengthen Armenia–Diaspora cooperation within this broader framework.
Both sides underscored the importance of close cooperation and sustained engagement in Armenia–Diaspora relations, expressing their readiness to deepen collaboration in support of the Republic of Armenia’s development across a range of sectors, including the economy, education, and other strategic areas.
Zareh Sinanyan expressed his appreciation for the Armenian Assembly of America’s longstanding contributions and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening and expanding cooperation in the future.
