The Diaspora Youth Ambassador program continues, and as part of it, the youth ambassadors met with Zareh Sinanyan, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
The High Commissioner welcomed the participants’ commitment to Armenia, emphasized their role within diaspora communities, acknowledged their contributions, and expressed hope that the program would help them become even stronger partners for both the Office and their local communities.

Zareh Sinanyan attended the official opening ceremony of the "Saryan Steps" project

The initiative was launched by Mane Tiles with the support of the Keron Foundation and the Kentron Administrative District. Within the scope of the project, the staircase leading from Saryan Street to the Union of Composers of Armenia, along with the surrounding area, has been renovated and given new life.

High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, attended the official opening ceremony of AMAA Armenia’s multifunctional complex in Hankavan and delivered welcoming remarks.
The event was also attended by the RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan, and Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister of Armenia Lilit Makunts.
In his address, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan emphasized AMAA’s decades-long work and its consistent support for Armenia, highlighting its significant role in strengthening the ties between Armenia and the Diaspora.

On September 29, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cyprus to Armenia, Michael Mavros.
Welcoming the Ambassador, Mr. Sinanyan emphasized the importance of further developing the friendship-based relations between Armenia and Cyprus, noting the presence of embassies in both countries as a significant achievement. The discussions focused on the implementation of the Trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation on Diaspora Affairs between Armenia, Greece, and Cyprus, as well as the prospects for expanding trilateral cooperation.
