The 2025–2026 cohort of the iGorts program, which brings Diaspora Armenian professionals into Armenia’s public administration system, has officially concluded

The sixth cycle of the program brought together nearly 40 professionals from 13 countries, who spent one year working across 18 government institutions, contributing their professional expertise, skills, and experience.
The official closing and certificate ceremony was attended by RA High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan; iGorts Program Coordinator Anna Mheryan; Member of the RA National Assembly Rustam Bakoyan; Deputy Chair of the Urban Development Committee Nune Petrosyan; Rector of the Yerevan State Theatre and Film Institute Sara Nalbandyan; Director of Gyumri Selection Station CJSC Levon Ananyan; and Gevorg Poghosyan, Director of the Talent Pool program at the Keron Foundation, all of whom delivered remarks.
In his remarks, Zareh Sinanyan noted:
“Our greatest asset and most valuable resource is our people—both in Armenia and throughout the Diaspora. It is our responsibility to harness this potential to its fullest and put it to work for Armenia’s development. This is precisely the purpose of the iGorts program.”
As a reminder, the 2026–2027 iGorts cohort will launch on September 1.
