The topic of our second breakout session of the evening is “Diaspora in Energy, the Environment, and Climate.” Alen Gasparian Amirkhanian, Director of the AUA Acopian Center for the Environment, was the moderator for this session. The speakers were business expert Robert Silagadze, Doctor and Energy Expert Gérald Ouzounian, Arthur Harutyunyan, Adviser at Armenia Tree Project and Deputy Minister of Environment of the Republic of Armenia, Gayane Gabrielyan. The four experts held a productive conversation about the contribution of the Diaspora to energy, environment, and climate control in the Republic of Armenia.
