Greg Arutiunian
Greg Arutiunian is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of Information Systems. Born in Yerevan and raised in Israel, Greg pursued his academic interests at the Technion, one of Israel’s premier technological institutes, where he earned a BSC degree in Information Systems.
Upon graduating, Greg embarked on a career as a Big Data Developer. His proficiency in big data led him to the role of a Data Architect, where he was responsible for designing and implementing effective data driven systems.
Eventually, Greg’s career trajectory led him to the position of an R&D Manager. In this role, he was instrumental in managing and overseeing Data Engineering and ML Operations.
After the second Nagorno-Karabakh war in 2020, Greg decided to relocate to Armenia and find venues where he could contribute to the development of the state. As part of the iGorts fellowship within the Office of the Prime Minister, Greg solves technical challenges in the path to establishing the Armenian Transformation Strategy.
