Meline Aroyan was born in Yerevan, then moved to Moscow with her family.

She graduated from the Faculty of Accounting, Analysis and Audit of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, then received a master's degree from the Faculty of Banking, Finance and Investment of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

She worked at VTB Bank for more than 5 years, after which she specialized in marketing and design, actively participating in the design work of large companies.

Her workplace within the framework of the "iGorts " program is at the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
