Zhenya Baghdasaryan was born in Georgia and raised in Moscow. In 2010, she graduated from the Economics Department and the Institute of Foreign Languages at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University).

In 2022, she furthered her education at the Academy of Contract Managers, earning qualifications as an expert in procurement for state, municipal, and corporate needs.

Zhenya has built professional experience in Moscow across various sectors, including banking, where she specialized in currency control regulation, as well as in an international oil and gas holding company and construction organizations.
