Kamo Oganisyan is from Moscow, Russia. He graduated from the Russian Customs Academy in 2013 with a degree in Customs Affairs and completed his Master's in Management and Law at the same institution in 2015.

Since 2013, he has worked in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation, starting his career as an inspector in the Customs Clearance and Control Department at the Vnukovo International Airport Customs Post.
