Svetlana Soghomonyan

My name is Svetlana Soghomonyan. I am 20 years old and currently live in Samara, Russian Federation.
Although I was born and raised outside Armenia, I have always been deeply connected to Armenian culture. From a young age, my family emphasized the importance of our heritage, and I became involved in organizations established by the Armenian Community of the Samara Region.
I am currently a fourth-year student at the Law Institute of Samara University. Alongside my studies, I work as a lecturer at Samara State University and as a consultant at the Legal Clinic of the Law Institute.
I am also a member of the Executive Committee of the Regional Public Organization Armenian Community, where I focus on engaging youth in community activities and fostering cooperation between the Russian and Armenian communities in our region.
I am confident that participating in the Diaspora Youth Ambassador program will give me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge, develop professional skills in intercultural cooperation, promote Armenian culture, and build meaningful connections with Armenian communities across cities and countries.
