Olga Mkrtczjan
My name is Olga Mkrtczjan. I currently live in Warsaw.
I am a second-year Psychology student at SWPS University in Warsaw. My academic interests focus on the psychology of relationships and love, intercultural communication, and youth development.
Since 2022, I have volunteered with the Foundation for the Culture and Heritage of Polish Armenians, supporting initiatives aimed at preserving and promoting Armenian culture, history, and heritage in Poland. Since 2026, I have coordinated the Foundation’s Sunday operations and managed the Sunday volunteer schedule, ensuring the smooth organization of the Foundation’s activities. In 2024 I co-founded the Armenian Youth Organization in Poland. We create a space that brings together young Armenians living in Poland, strengthens their connection to Armenian culture, language, and traditions, and encourages them to actively participate in the life of the Armenian community.
As a Diaspora Youth Ambassador, I will encourage young Armenians to learn about the Armenian language, culture, and history, strengthen connections within our community, and promote the educational, social, and professional opportunities that Armenia offers. I am confident that my volunteer experience, organizational skills, community involvement, and dedication to preserving Armenian identity will enable me to represent the Armenian community in Poland with commitment and integrity while contributing to the further strengthening of ties between Armenia and the Armenian diaspora.
