Tigran Galumyan
My name is Tigran Galumyan and I currently reside in Athens, Greece.
I received a BA in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. At the moment I am working as an economist and civic engagement specialist
My professional specialism lies in the fields of international cooperation, public policy, and civil society. I have participated in joint projects and initiatives with government agencies, municipalities, embassies, think tanks, universities, and international organizations, contributing to the strengthening of cooperation between Armenia, Greece, and the European Union.
I am actively involved in the Armenian community in Greece as a board member of the Union of Armenians in Greece. I participate in initiatives aimed at increasing community engagement, preserving Armenian identity, and developing cooperation between Armenia and the Diaspora.
As a Diaspora Youth Ambassador I will strive to strengthen ties between Armenia and the Armenian community in Greece, develop cooperation between youth, and facilitate the formation of new joint initiatives. Through the program, I want to exchange experiences with young Armenians from different countries, form meaningful partnerships, and adequately represent the Armenian community in Greece, contributing to the further development of Armenian-Greek relations.
