Exchange of experience is one of the main working directions of the «Young Diaspora Ambassador» program.

Harutyun Atoyan, Head of the Armenian Community of Chita in the Russian Federation, Young Ambassador of the Diaspora in Chita, and Deputy Mayor of Krasnoyarsk in the RF, Armen Sargsyan, Young Ambassador of the Diaspora in Krasnoyarsk, shared their experience of creating educational and cultural centers with their ambassador-partners.

Harutyun built the center from the ground up. He presented how he came up with the idea of creating the center and what stages he overcame to implement it, starting from finding an area, cooperation with the state and the community, financing resources, matters of substantive significance, involving people to ensuring the effective activity of the institution that is already standing today.

Armen was able to reinstate/restore the school, which was established in 2003, brought upon/forth a new ideology and opportunities, provided a new environment for conducting courses, involved highly qualified specialists, contributed new teaching methods, and, as a result, increased the number of students in the center.

Both centers are named after Mesrop Mashtots.

With complementary information, they emphasized the main difficulties and challenges, the options for solving and overcoming them, highlighted the decisive influence of the «Young Diaspora Ambassador» program on their activities, the cooperation with other ambassadors and the desire to learn from one another, expressed their willingness to be helpful to their colleagues on the way to success in this work.

This meeting of exchanging experience was fruitful for the participants. They also shared their experience and insights, and received the answers to their questions.
