The High Commissioner received the representatives of the Relq Technology School

High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan received the representatives of the Armenian-French Relq technology school. It is a free and certified skills training program available in Armenia with both in-person and online training.
Welcoming the guests, the High Commissioner noted that the purpose of the school is to provide the residents of Armenia with new technological opportunities and strengthen the sphere. «We are glad that the school created by the initiative of Diaspora Armenians also contributes to the improvement of the technological ecosystem of Armenia, development of the regions of Armenia and opens up new working horizons for the graduates,» emphasized Zareh Sinanyan.
Expressing gratitude for the reception, Country Manager (USA) Valentina Poghosyan noted that more than half of the participants of the various courses are from the regions of Armenia and Artsakh. «We are also glad to note that 47% of our beneficiaries are women. We closely cooperate with the French government, we have a memorandum of cooperation with the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. We aim to expand the cooperation with the RA government and we expect the support of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in this regard,» emphasized Valentina Poghosyan.
An agreement was reached to establish contacts with other interested ministries through the mediation of the office and to continue cooperation with the office.
