High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan participated in the reception ceremony of the second international legal conference entitled "Human Rights and Accountability, the way of Nagorno-Karabakh".

It was organized by the "Center for Truth and Justice" organization with the participation of the Yerevan State University, American University of Armenia, Russian-Armenian University, French University in Armenia, Artsakh State University and with the support of the RA Constitutional Court.

Among the main speakers of the conference were well-known experts of international law.

The conference lasted 3 days.
