Mushegh Ghukasyan, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, met with representatives of the Armenian community at the Armenian Cultural Union of Irkutsk.

Hayk Gndlyan, the Head of the Union, presented the organization's 30 years of activities, initiatives, and future tasks. He highlighted that the community hosts a Sunday school, 2 dance groups, and offers musical instrument courses.

Mushegh Ghukasyan welcomed the attendees and congratulated the Union on three decades of effective operation. He then outlined the plans and main directions of work of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, and responded to the audience's questions.

At the end of the meeting, the invited guests from other Armenian communities and organizations in Russia briefly presented their activities.
