While visiting the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan engaged in a meeting with Theo Maarten van Lint, the head of the Armenology Department at Oxford University, and Armenian students. Additionally, graduates of the university participated in the meeting remotely.

During the session, Zareh Sinanyan delivered a speech focusing on the Armenian Diaspora, Homeland-Diaspora collaboration, and the initiatives undertaken by the Office.

The meeting extended for approximately two hours, allowing the High Commissioner to address various queries. Topics discussed encompassed repatriation, specifically the integration of repatriates from the Middle East, investments initiated by the Diaspora, the ties within the Diaspora, volunteer opportunities in Armenia, educational pursuits, harnessing the professional potential of the Diaspora, and the preservation of the Armenian language.
