Mushegh Ghukasyan, the Chief of Staff at the RA Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, participated in the opening session of the 24th Euro-Armenian Games (EAG) held in Barcelona from March 29 to April 1.Delegates from 16 European countries attended the event.

At the opening session, speeches were given by Datev Soulian, the Chairman of the Armenian Cultural Association of Barcelona, and Sebouh Baghdoyan, the Chairman of the "Ararat" Sports Association of Vienna, who are members of the executive board of the Euro-Armenian Games.

Mushegh Ghukasyan also attended the commencement of the Euro-Armenian Games.

This year, over 600 Diaspora Armenian athletes from 29 European cities participated in the traditional Euro-Armenian Games, engaging in various sports tournaments such as basketball, badminton, table tennis, chess, and more.
