During his visit to France, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan met with representatives of the local and nearby Armenian communities in the city of Laxou. The meeting was organized by the Grand Est "Armenian Diaspora" Association.

The meeting was attended and welcomed by the Mayor of Laxou, Laurent Garcia, Chairman of the Departmental Council of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Chaynesse Khirouni, and Valérie Debord, first Vice-President of the Council of the Grand Est region.

The High Commissioner presented to the representatives of the community the activities of the Office, current and ongoing programs, then answered questions from those present.
