High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan visited the RA Honorary Consulate in Venice and engaged in discussions with Honorary Consul Gagik Sarukhanyan regarding matters concerning the homeland and the Diaspora.

Subsequently, a separate meeting was convened with the participation of Prof. Baykar Sivazlian, President of the Union of Armenians in Italy, Sona Haroutyunian, a lecturer at Ca'Foscari University of Venice, and Gayane Sahakyan, a community activist from Treviso.

Throughout the meeting, presentations were delivered highlighting the efforts and initiatives undertaken to advance educational, cultural, Armenological, and Armenian interests.
