Zareh Sinanyan, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, met with Serj Angelian, the newly appointed Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in Germany.

The conversation centered around initiatives aimed at advancing the development and execution of the Commissioners' institute, community projects, and pivotal priorities.

Zareh Sinanyan underscored the pivotal role of Diaspora Affairs Commissioners as intermediaries connecting communities with diverse circles of the Armenian Government. They function as the community's envoy in Armenia and Armenia's envoy within the community.

The meeting also highlighted the importance of exchanging experiences between Commissioners for Diaspora Affairs and expanding their networking capacity.

Additionally, the parties discussed the upcoming second Global Armenian Summit, scheduled for September.
