High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan attended the inauguration of the "Discover Armenia" Domestic Tourism Exhibition organized by the RA Tourism Committee. The event aimed to showcase the tourism potential of Armenia's regions.

"Compared to 2022, there was a 19% increase in domestic visits in 2023, indicating the public's growing interest in exploring our country's rich heritage and traveling within Armenia. The Ministry fully supports this trend and actively works towards fostering tourism-related business relations in the regions, as tourism stands as a priority sector for economic development," stated Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.

During the exhibition, Armenia's regions presented their unique tourist attractions, rich cultural heritage, local cuisine, and opportunities for adventure tourism.
