Zareh Sinanyan Meets with Nina Hachigian

High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan received U.S. Special Representative for City and State Diplomacy, Ambassador Nina Hachigian, along with representatives from the U.S. Embassy to Armenia and USAID.
Ambassador Nina Hachigian is visiting Armenia as part of a delegation that includes mayors from various U.S. states and other officials, focusing on discussions about Armenia-USA cooperation and decentralized collaboration.
Zareh Sinanyan emphasized the importance of multi-level engagement and efforts to deepen relations with the USA, expressing his appreciation for the delegation's visit to Armenia.
"I highly value the development of multilateral relations between different cities in Armenia and the USA, as well as the establishment of effective mechanisms between sister cities of our two countries. The Armenian community in the United States holds a special place in this format of Armenia-USA cooperation," Sinanyan stated.
Ambassador Nina Hachigian highlighted the upcoming events involving mayors from the USA and their Armenian counterparts, underscoring the potential to forge new connections between cities in both countries.
Drawing from her experience as the Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles, California, Ambassador Nina Hachigian also shared insights on city diplomacy.
