High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan welcomed high school students from the AGBU Manoogian-Demirdjian School in California, USA, who are on a familiarization visit to Armenia.

During his welcome, Zareh Sinanyan emphasized the importance of educational visits by Diaspora Armenian youth, highlighting how these visits help them understand the realities of Armenia and foster strong connections with their homeland.

In the meeting, the High Commissioner outlined the key activities of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, discussing programs such as "Step toward Home,"

"Diaspora Youth Ambassador," "iGorts," "DiasPro," and youth conferences.

At the end of the session, the American-Armenian students asked Zareh Sinanyan about cooperation with Diaspora youth organizations, educational and employment opportunities in Armenia, and repatriation trends.
