During his visit to Buenos Aires, High Commissioner Sinanyan toured the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Educational Institute (Instituto Educativo San Gregorio El Iluminador), where he engaged with students and the school's leadership. The students welcomed the High Commissioner with a cultural program.

He also held a meeting with the leadership of the Armenian schools in Buenos Aires, which included representatives from AGBU Marie Manoogian Institute (AGBU Instituto Marie Manoogian), Saint Gregory the Illuminator Educational Institute (Instituto Educativo San Gregorio El Iluminador), Arzruni Armenian School (Colegio Armenio Arzruni), and Vicente Lopez Armenian School (Colegio Armenio Vicente Lopez). This gathering provided an opportunity to discuss best practices, challenges, and aspirations for their current students, alumni and the further development of their institutions. A key topic of discussion was the preservation of the Armenian language in the Diaspora and within Diaspora educstional institutions. Participants exchanged ideas on improving the curriculum and enhancing teacher preparation.

Additionally, the High Commissioner met with the leadership of the Armenian Evangelical Church of the Holy Trinity (Iglesia Evangélica Armenia "Santísima Trinidad"), where they discussed ways to increase engagement with Armenia and involve more youth in the office’s and Armenia’s programs.
