High Commissioner Meets with Armenian community representatives of Utah

Zareh Sinanyan, RA High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, continues his visit to the United States.
In Salt Lake City, Utah, the High Commissioner visited the Armenian Saturday School, where he engaged with its management and students to gain insights into the school's activities.
The High Commissioner also held a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Utah. Among the attendees were Ohannes Megerdichian, Miriam McWane, founding members of the Armenian community in Salt Lake City, and Narine Sarkissian, a dedicated supporter of the Armenian Saturday School of Utah and state chair of the Armenian Assembly of America in Utah.
During the meeting with community representatives, Zareh Sinanyan presented the Office’s activities and programs, focusing on strengthening the connections between Armenia and the Diaspora.
In response to audience questions, the High Commissioner discussed the ongoing importance of maintaining a constructive dialogue with the Diaspora, the participation of the American Armenian communities in the in summits and conferences organized by the Office, initiatives aimed at promoting repatriation, and the continued efforts to engage with Diaspora youth.
There was also an exchange of ideas on ensuring effective cooperation between the Office and the community.
As part of his working visit to the United States, the High Commissioner has already met with representatives of the Armenian communities in California and Nevada. Zareh Sinanyan will meet with compatriots in New York and New Jersey in the coming days.
