On March 19, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan welcomed a delegation from France visiting Armenia as part of the "Manouchian Week" events.

During the meeting, the High Commissioner expressed his appreciation for the delegation's dedicated efforts to honor the legacy of Missak Manouchian and raise awareness of his heroic contributions. Zareh Sinanyan emphasized that Manouchian’s unwavering fight against dictatorship and commitment to the ideals of freedom and justice continue to serve as a lasting inspiration.

The High Commissioner introduced the Office’s programs, and afterward, Zareh Sinanyan and the delegation discussed strengthening Armenian-French relations, fostering closer cooperation with schools, and the process of acquiring Armenian citizenship.

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed to continue efforts to further deepen collaboration.
