The final day of the Armenian National Youth Forum 2025 launched with parallel sessions under the theme “Continuous and Lasting Impact.”

The panel titled “Leading the Way: Armenian Women Redefining the Narrative” brought together trailblazing professionals who shared their experiences and vision for advancing women’s leadership. The conversation explored opportunities, challenges, and the growing societal impact of women leaders in Armenia and beyond.

Panelists included Dr. Natalya Baghumyan, Armenia’s first female thoracic surgeon; Nadezhda Benklyan, the first female pilot in Georgia’s civil aviation; Silva Sargsyan, two-time Master of Sports in rhythmic gymnastics and twelve-time national champion of Armenia; and Mariam Saghatelyan, co-founder of In Vino, Yerevan’s first specialty wine bar.

The discussion was moderated by Nelly Ghulyan, advisor at the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs.
