On August 20, RA High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan participated in the official opening ceremony of the newly constructed building of the Armenian Creative Technologies (ACT) College in the Parakar community.

The event was also attended by President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan. Speeches were delivered by Minister of Labor and Social Affairs and honorary member of the College’s Board of Trustees Narek Mkrtchyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Executive Director of the Gyumri Information Technologies Center Amalya Yeghoyan, and Director of the Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Bagrat Sargsyan.

ACT College is a state educational institution providing comprehensive training in the fields of digital arts, engineering and manufacturing, as well as computer science.
