On September 9, as part of the Repatriation Week series of events, the Repatriation and Integration Center hosted a lecture on "Business Ethics".

The session was led by repatriate Hakob Makdis, founder of the Big Mind educational center.

Around twenty repatriates from Germany, Russia, Syria, and Iran joined the lecture.

The participants explored the core principles of business ethics, examined the role of cultural intelligence, and practiced the use of non-verbal communication. Through real-life examples, they discussed common mistakes and uncovered practical strategies for building effective relationships with clients and partners.
