On September 11, as part of the Repatriation Week 2025 series of events, a master class was held on “Business Digitalization: How to Use IT Tools.”

The session was led by Marat Nersisian, a repatriate, digitalization specialist , senior IT business analyst, and founder of the IT Association of Armenia.

More than twenty repatriates took part in the event. They explored the role of digitalization in boosting business efficiency, examined real-life cases from both large corporations and small enterprises, and learned practical approaches to process optimization and data management. The workshop also highlighted digitalization tools and the potential applications of artificial intelligence.

In addition, Mr. Nersisian addressed participants’ questions regarding the digitalization of their own business processes and offered free consultations.
