The 27 participants of the fifth edition of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador Program, implemented by the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, continue their 13-day training course.

On the second day of the program, the young ambassadors took part in a series of lectures and workshops, including:

Lecture and discussion: “Armenia and Current Political Processes” with political consultant and CivilNet commentator Eric Hacopian.

Workshop: “Community Leadership” led by Artak Shakaryan, founder and director (2006–2016) of the School for Young Leaders and Head of the Master's Program on Strategic Communication at Yerevan State University

Lecture and discussion: “Advocacy in Community Life” with speaker Aram Voskanyan.

In addition, at the Repatriation and Integration Center of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, participants attended a lecture on “Repatriation Today: Opportunities, Challenges, and Programs,” delivered by Hovhannes Aleksanyan, Head of the Repatriation and Integration Center.

During the visit, the young ambassadors also learned about the services provided by the Center and asked various questions.
