Zareh Sinanyan attended the official opening ceremony of AMAA Armenia’s multifunctional complex in Hankavan

High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, attended the official opening ceremony of AMAA Armenia’s multifunctional complex in Hankavan and delivered welcoming remarks.
The event was also attended by the RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan, and Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister of Armenia Lilit Makunts.
In his address, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan emphasized AMAA’s decades-long work and its consistent support for Armenia, highlighting its significant role in strengthening the ties between Armenia and the Diaspora.
The newly opened multifunctional complex, built in an “all-in-one” format, aims to become an important center for educational, cultural, and community events, offering a platform for youth, families, and various community groups.
Camp Hankavan includes a hotel, facilities for conferences, concerts, tourism and corporate events, a tennis court, football field, open-air amphitheater, pavilions, and other infrastructure.
The ceremony was also attended by state, regional, and community officials, representatives of international and local organizations, benefactors, as well as the leadership and members of the Board of Trustees of AMAA’s U.S. office.
