On November 21, the Forum concluded with a professional workshop on “Cultural Representation Projects: From Idea to Implementation.”

During the workshop, participants developed new ideas and models, applying the “Challenge–Solution–Impact” methodological approach to work practically on project concepts.

In parallel with the practical exercises, the workshop also covered investment strategies for cultural projects, approaches to identifying funding sources, and mapping potential partners to enhance project sustainability and feasibility.

The workshop was moderated by Marie Wargnier Lach and Liana Babayan, Vice Presidents of the Association Diaspora Arménienne du Grand Est.

The main speaker was André Nersier, Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in France; President of the Association Diaspora arménienne du Grand Est; CEO of C2IME, an industrial accelerator program.
