The Forum of Armenian Arts and Culture, organized in cooperation between the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs and the International Coordinating Council for Armenian Culture and Arts, has officially concluded.
Over the course of two days, 250 cultural professionals from 35 countries gathered in Armenia to participate in sector-specific panel discussions, thematic workshops, and seminars. Participants had the opportunity to share their expertise and work, explore avenues for expanding professional cooperation, and develop pathways for increasing the visibility of Armenian culture and the arts on international platforms.
Across three panel discussions and six thematic workshops, speakers and experts examined current trends in cultural policy, innovative tools in cultural diplomacy, as well as long-term strategies for the development of arts and culture.
The Forum served as a unifying platform for strengthening Armenia–Diaspora cultural collaboration, expanding mutual recognition among Armenian artists, engaging diaspora experts in shaping and implementing cultural policy, and promoting Armenian culture and the arts on the global stage.
The two-day Forum concluded with a cultural and educational evening featuring a runway presentation of medieval-style Armenian costumes, a culinary master class showcasing traditional Armenian dishes, and performances of Armenian national music and dance.
