The High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, was on a working visit to Israel.

On December 17, as part of the working visit, Zareh Sinanyan, together with the leadership of the Nairi Armenian Community Organization, visited Aznavour Square in the city of Petah Tikva, where he paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide and laid flowers at the memorial.

On the same day, the High Commissioner met with representatives of the Armenian community from Tel Aviv, Jaffa, and Petah Tikva at the St. Nicholas Armenian Church in Jaffa.

During the meeting, the High Commissioner presented the Office’s programs and initiatives and answered questions from attendees, which focused in particular on repatriation, documentation procedures, and educational programs.
