Zareh Sinanyan, met in Glendale with Los Angeles representatives of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador Program

As part of his working visit to the United States, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, met in Glendale with Los Angeles representatives of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador Program: Vladimir Harutyunyan (2022), Armine Jarahyan (2023), and Vicken Antounian (2024).
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the effective engagement of youth, the preservation of Armenian identity and the promotion of awareness of Armenian heritage among Diaspora Armenian youth, as well as initiatives aimed at strengthening Armenia-Diaspora ties.
The High Commissioner emphasized the important role of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador Program in increasing community engagement, fostering young leaders, and uniting Diaspora Armenian youth around the Armenian agenda. Zareh Sinanyan highly praised the participants’ continued involvement and noted that their initiative and engagement constitute an important contribution to the development of pan-Armenian cooperation.
The youth ambassadors also presented the educational, cultural, and youth-oriented programs being implemented within the Armenian community of Los Angeles and shared their proposals regarding future initiatives and opportunities for cooperation.
