On June 12, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, met with Karen Hovhannisyan, Head of the Armenian Community of Moldova.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues related to the development of Armenia-Moldova relations, with particular emphasis on expanding business cooperation and strengthening ties between the business communities of the two countries. They highlighted the importance of enhancing economic relations and implementing joint initiatives with the active involvement of the Armenian diaspora.

The interlocutors also discussed the current state of the Armenian community in Moldova, ongoing community programs and initiatives, as well as opportunities for further community development and the more effective utilization of the community’s potential.
