The working visit of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, to the Hellenic Republic continues.

On June 24, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan at the Office of Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Greece met with Akis Dagazian and Gevorg Kolanian, members of the leadership of the Hellenic-Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

During the meeting, the Chamber’s representatives presented the history of the organization, its main areas of activity, and ongoing programs. They also discussed the development of Armenian-Greek economic relations, efforts to promote cooperation between the business communities of the two countries, and the Chamber’s work to strengthen investment ties.

The parties discussed opportunities to more effectively engage the economic potential of the Diaspora, expand business networks, and implement new joint initiatives.

The discussion also touched upon preparations for the Global Armenian Summit '26, which will take place in Yerevan on November 5-8, 2026.

Zareh Sinanyan emphasized the importance of participation by representatives of chambers of commerce and industry operating throughout the Diaspora, with the aim of systematically showcasing the Diaspora’s economic potential and promoting the expansion of Armenia-Diaspora business cooperation.
