On July 6, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Zareh Sinanyan received Nikola Nikolov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Armenia, and Arthur Hovhannisyan, Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in Bulgaria.

During the meeting, the parties highlighted the important role of the Armenian community in Bulgaria in advancing Armenian-Bulgarian relations and strengthening ties between the two nations. They also discussed opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation and upcoming joint initiatives.

Ambassador Nikolov presented a number of initiatives aimed at further enhancing Armenian-Bulgarian cooperation, reaffirming the Embassy's readiness to support the implementation of bilateral projects.

Zareh Sinanyan welcomed the proposals and reaffirmed the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs' commitment to supporting the further development of bilateral cooperation within the scope of its mandate.
