During the final days of their stay in Armenia, participants of the Diaspora Youth Ambassador Program had another opportunity to meet with Artak Shakaryan, Founding Director of the School of Young Leaders (2006–2016) and Senior Program Manager for the International Republican Institute (IRI) in Armenia. The meeting focused on future initiatives and opportunities for collaboration.

Following the meeting, the participants visited the National Gallery of Armenia, where they explored the country’s rich heritage of fine arts, deepening their understanding of Armenia’s national culture and artistic traditions.

In the second half of the day, the young ambassadors visited the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, where they met with Deputy Speaker Vahagn Aleksanyan.

During the meetings, the participants learned about the principles of parliamentary governance, the work and functions of parliamentary committees, and opportunities for young people and the diaspora to engage in these processes.
