On October 12, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Zareh Sinanyan met with Knyaz Saroyan, CEO of Medam.com, a digital platform for medical tourism, and Armenian-American physician, Chief Medical Officer of the Medam.com Gevorg Yaghjyan.

During the meeting, the participants discussed opportunities for Diaspora Armenian physicians to practice medicine in Armenia, with particular emphasis on streamlining and expediting the procedures for obtaining work visas and professional medical licenses.

The meeting also addressed potential formats for participation in the Global Armenian Summit 2026.
