During a press conference, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan noted that Armenian communities are generally not panic-stricken by the changing conditions. Our office maintains daily contact with community representatives, organizations, and institutions, and serves as a bridge between the diaspora and Ministry of Health. With the exception of the High Commissioner’s working visits to Diaspora communities, virtually all other programs in our office have not yet undergone changes, delays, or cancellation.
