The Azerbaijani armed forces targeted the civilian population and fired large-caliber weapons. There are two casualties in the Martuni region; a woman and a child. Two other people have also been wounded. Information about other settlements is still being verified.

Martial law and widespread mobilization of all men aged 18 and above has been declared in Artsakh.

Martial law and general mobilization will also be declared in the Republic of Armenia. The decision will take effect once officially announced.
