On the night of October 18, the humanitarian ceasefire was maintained on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line with the exception of the period from 00:04 to 02:45 in the northern direction and from 02:20 to 02:45 in the southern direction when the enemy launched rocket and artillery strikes. In the morning, the Azerbaijani armed forces attacked in the southern direction using a large number of UAVs and artillery and violating the new humanitarian ceasefire. There are casualties on both sides. 4 enemy tanks were eliminated. At the moment, it is relatively calm at the border. The enemy did not fire on settlements and civilian infrastructure. Baku has rejected attempts to remove wounded soldiers from the battlefield through the mediation of the ICRC. 

In total, 18 schools, 6 kindergartens, 4 houses of culture were destroyed.
