Zareh Sinanyan visited Karmir Shuka and Taghavard villages

High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan visited Karmir Shuka and Taghavard villages in the region of Martuni in Artsakh. Most of the villagers, who had evacuated during the war have already returned, they are renovating their homes and sending their children to school. Strengthening the rural areas of Artsakh allows for security and development.
During his previous meetings in Artsakh, Sinanyan had already discussed this issue with a number of officials, emphasizing the need to also involve the potential of the Diaspora.
